It's about time we thank nature and give something back to our planet for WORLD EARTH DAY. This year, HANRO supports the reforestation projects of PLANT-MY-TREE.
At the moment, nature is recovering from us but we should not forget that new forest areas will be needed to neutralise our future emissions.
Sustainability has always been part of the brand’s DNA, and an embodiment of tradition. For Earth Day this year, HANRO is supporting non-profit, One Tree Planted by planting a tree for every article sold from one of our TENCEL™ collections.*

Our TENCELâ„¢ fibres
are produced by
Lenzing AG in Austria. They are made from
the renewable raw material wood in an environmentally
responsible production
process.
The
wood pulp
comes from nearby
natural forests and sustainably
managed plantations. TENCELâ„¢ fibres are biodegradable and compostable and can therefore be completely returned to nature.
TENCEL is the new IT material: Made from wood, TENCELâ„¢ fibres combine the climatic properties of cotton and linen, while the fabric feels as soft as silk and has a subtle sheen.
