In a small town in Vorarlberg, Austria, near the Swiss border, HANRO's distinctive lingerie designs are created. In the new day and nightwear series 'Dorea', floral embroidery from Austria meets soft, flowing cotton fabric from our own textile production.
The embroidery is designed by our experienced designers with an excellent attention to detail.
The embroidery gives the timeless cotton pieces a feminine touch.
WITH A LOVE OF DETAIL
Creativity, care, patience and a lot of love flow into the development of this opulent embroidery. Because our designers look for something special in every detail. Like all our motifs, this flower embroidery is also produced in Austria, Vorarlberg, in the village of Lustenau at the Hämmerle & Vogel manufactory.

The styles of 'Dorea' lingerie and nightwear can be wonderfully combined with each other. The fine rib tops are hem and side seam free and the soft bra adapts to any breast size thanks to the adjustable straps. Nightdresses and pyjamas are decorated with particularly opulent floral embroidery and create a feminine look.

We knit and dye our fabrics ourselves in our in-house textile production facility.

LOCAL SUPPLIERS
In addition to in-house production at the company location, we also work with textile companies from the region. The woven fabrics come from Getzner Textil, one of the oldest family businesses in Vorarlberg. Hämmerle & Vogel produces the embroidery based on our designers' designs. The TENCEL™ fibres come from Lenzing AG. “We are very happy about these long-term partnerships. In this way, we also make a significant contribution to maintaining the craft in the region,” says Stephan Hohmann.

IN HOUSE DESIGN TEAM
A team from product management, product development and design creates unique styles every day in the HANRO-typical, puristic design language. Many prints and embroidery are dreamed up exclusively by the designers. More than 365 days full of passion, meticulous planning and attention to detail have gone into a new collection. Half of the time is spent on the design, including the creation of embroidery motifs and prints, the choice of colours for the prints, the choice of thread and determining the type of knitting and finishing.
