Orders placed before 9am (excluding weekends) will be dispatched on the same day and orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after 9am on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday.
*Our London Boutique is closed between 1-3pm daily so please do consider this when arranging the collection of your Click & Collect order. If you would like to collect your order within this window, please call the Boutique prior to doing so on 020 7493 2653 to arrange.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
International delivery costs will vary depending on the service selected and its destination. Express delivery is available for most destinations. When you're placing your order, the available delivery options for your destination will be displayed at checkout.
The delivery options for your destination are displayed at checkout. We require a signature for all orders, so delivery to PO Boxes, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses is currently unavailable.
DELIVERY TIMES
Express delivery for most of Europe:Â delivered within 2-4 days.
Rest of the world:Â delivered within 3-7 days.
Standard delivery for selected countries (up to 2kg):Â delivered within 2-8 days.
Delivery times are based on the time your package is sent and should only be used as a guide. HANRO cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payments, though we'll try to minimise any potential delays.
Depending on your location, our orders can be delivered by different couriers like DHL or Royal Mail.
- Please note due to the current global pandemic, international shipping rates are constantly fluctuating which is reflected in our overseas delivery prices. We are reviewing these rates regularly to ensure that we offer you the most competitive cost for delivery.Â
- In Italy customs duties and taxes are calculated and prepaid by Poste Italiane and collected at delivery from the receiver, together with the postal charges of 5€ (for values <€1,000 and €11 for values >€1,000).
